Hello Beautiful Ladies,

I'm wanting to start another cutting cycle and could use some advice. In the past, I’ve primarily used natural methods for cutting, but I'm considering incorporating some anabolics this time. I'm interested in Cardarine for its cardio benefits but want to avoid Clen because the side effects.. like shaking, really scare me lol.

I'm looking for anabolics that have minimal side effects. I want to avoid anything that could cause hair growth or other masculine traits. Can you recommend any compounds that are safe at low dosages and still effective for cutting?

It's your first time so best to dip your toes in cautiously.

Start with Anavar at 2.5mg per day for the first week and if well tolerated increase to 5mg per day for the remaining 7 weeks. You can also add Cardarine at 10mg per day for the first week and then increase it to 20mg per day for the remaining 7 weeks.

This lets you see what you can tolerate and if these dosages help achieve your goals. Make sure you monitor for any side effects like deepening of the voice, increased body hair or menstrual changes. If you get any of these issues just stop with Anavar.
 
Anavar is your safest bet as already mentioned and just remain cautious with your dosage and monitoring things.

Clenbuterol is relatively safe also. The shakes is due to dosage being a little beyond the threshold. All you need to do is begin with a baby dose and slowly increase to what your body will tolerate. I personally prefer liquid clen as it’s so much easier to safely dose.

I will definitely take that advice with the dosage @starnertx I just hope I don't get any side effects ☺️

@TeeGee the clen liquid does sound interesting, how would I dose that with the anavar? How often and for how long?
 
Clenbuterol really differs between users.

For the safer route I would start somewhere around the 20mcg mark daily dose. If you feel fine then I would increase upto 40mcg doing a morning and lunch time dose of 20mcg.

I always suggest not doing pm dosing due to increased heart rate and trying to sleep.

Cycle the clen 1 week on 1 week off. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

That saves your body from adapting to the dosage.

I know people who use 100mcg daily. But it’s honestly not needed if you have a good diet and do things right
