I have experienced a positive post-competition growth phase of approximately 8 kg. Throughout this period, I have maintained good conditioning by following a carefully managed meal plan, which was adjusted based on my overall condition rather than solely on the scale measurements.

Now 4wks of maintenance then into Season A prep.

Fasted bodyweight - 95kg

Our game plan will be to start comp prep in 3 weeks time.

Estimate 10kg to come off to be stage lean
