TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) – 5 mg every 5 days (systemic healing, anti-fibrotic, muscle recovery)

GHK-Cu – 2 mg daily (collagen synthesis, skin, hair, anti-inflammatory, wound healing)

Yes, the first one I did was with a shoulder impingement… the second one was before my blast… this time I'm doing the last one alongside this cycle.

Great log and will be following. Injectable Sdrol, that'll be a good one :)
This tends to work well when carbohydrates are introduced, and it has minimal impact on the GI tract compared to oral S’drol. It generally helps maintain a dryer and firmer appearance is the hope 🙏

Not concerned with the added weight, it was expected with the natural water load and taper from last week.

Ok, no real change to this week's meal plan just some changes with the manipulation/distribution of carbs throughout the plan.

But with the introduction of some insulin, I will be having five meals plus an intra-carb shake and WPI shake after training.

Target macros (Week 5)
Protein 310g……………..1240 calories
Fats 30g…………………..270 calories
Carbohydrate 280g………800 calories
Total.……………………….2630 calories
 
Any tips on how to get in contact with the sponsors? Have messaged both in telegram but no reply. Do they usually take very long to reply?
They mainly process and ship orders most days. They accept orders and reply to messages over the weekend, but response times may be slower
