DOes HCG work?

Hey guys, I been on and off cycles for a while and cruise in between. Been hearing about HCG, does it really work? how do you guys use it? Do I need it, just wanna hear from you guys who've tried it. Should I even bother with it? Thanks!

I blast and cruise and I keep HCG in the mix all year. When you're shut down, HCG gets your body to make some of its own testosterone which ties into pregnenolone production, good for brain function. Plus it helps keep your balls from shrinking. At low doses like 250iu twice a week it certainly won't hurt you and will likely play well into your recovery, giving your test levels a little boost. If you can get HCG, I'd say start it early and stick with 250 IU twice a week.

Good addition to a cruise each year- small amount every few days until it runs out. Kick starts a few pathways that get lazy after many years of cycling. Probably more important for older athletes.

Long story short, it works. HCG works by mimicking LH, the hormone that tells your testes to produce testosterone. When you add synthetic testosterone your body may stop producing LH, which can lead to testicular atrophy. Using HCG during your cycle helps keep the testes at their normal size.

For guys planning a PCT, incorporating HCG can make coming off easier by maintaining testicular function. Some choose to start HCG in the last 2-3 weeks of their cycle to jump start the testes before PCT. There's different ways to use HCG, but these are just some quick takes.

For the ones who'll do a PCT and want things to get back to normal. I feel HCG should be incorporated in every cycle starting in the second week when using long esters because it takes that or more for the test to start to kick in. Starting any sooner would just not be needed and might be a waste of product. You'd run it at 250 IU twice weekly and up until PCT starts, which is typically two weeks after your test pins stop. You wouldn't run HCG during PCT. I feel HCG is important to keep the testes size and working properly and definitely feel it's needed for on cycle. It's just one less thing a person has to recover from going into PCT. Some guys do large doses of HCG prior to PCT, but I think it's safer and easier on the body to run the small doses throughout your cycle.

In your case, there's no harm in adding... you'll still benefit.
