Periodisation- work on 1 thing at a time for a few months. Usually bulk/ strength over cooler months and cardio/ weight loss for summer. Running & dieting won’t work with a bulk protocol so get advice and plan your year accordingly. It Will get better results with less chance of injury and keep training/ lifestyle more interesting.
