Clean/Quality juice?

Hi all,
New here to the site but hoping I can be steered in the right direction 🙏.

The shit I was getting for the last few months I've really fealt off and question what was in it.

I'm looking to...
A: Get advice around determining quality of gear to ensure only clean stuff is taken.

B: Pointed in the right direction to source some with minimal hassle or logistical issues and prefered tried and tested to give some sort of guarantee rather than rolling the dice.

The testing would be reassuring as I'm just wanting to be sure I'm not putting crap in my body so I can get and keep my health in check whilst still keeping test up.

I've tried to add them to telegram but never used it before this was using session or a couple other apps in past.

Telegram telling me to add number etc do you know how I just add using username etc?
Stupid question I know but I'm no good with tech shit.

Any assistance would be appreciated though from anyone as I'm on my last few weeks supply of what I think is bad gear anyway so hoping to swap it out asap before using it.

Sure brother, from memory.. you do need to add in your phone number (its just like any other messaging app, it need a phone number), then you will need to enter your email. I don't remember if the verification code gets emailed or sent with an SMS. But once you get the verification code just enter it in and you should be in.. then all you need to is go into contacts and up the top, search for gearmaniac101

Once it pops up just press on the @gearmaniac101 contact and start messaging.
