A mate of mine swears by Cialis for blood pressure. Is this true and has anyone here used it in the past or are currently using it and what amount did you take? Did you take it every day or eod? Thank you in advance guys.

yes it’s true. Every day is fine. Maybe look at the diet as far as sodium and potassium are concerned. Also estrogen conversion, if it’s too high can cause blood pressure. Junk foods have high sodium. Look up blood tests without referrals, you’ll find imedical they’ll test for high estrogen and free testosterone and everything else you want to test for.

It can help. It relaxes and widens your blood vessels making it easier for blood to flow and bringing down both the top and bottom numbers of your bp. Guys mainly use it for better blood flow and pumps in the gym. Taking 5mg daily can help but just keep in mind it’s not really meant to replace actual bp meds so it's best to check with your Dr.

I ended up going to a Dr and got my first prescription of 5mg of Tadalafil Sandoz. Comes in a pack of 28, let's see how I go :)
