Well we all know cardio is a crucial part of burning calories and bringing our body fat down to looking our best and especially to be at our peak performance..

However, with me I specifically like explosive and high temp cardio rather than say a long run..
Hear me out….

Energy System Development

Yep I agree with you that style of cardio I feel cooked for hours, way more than when I just jog. Makes sense what you’re saying about the fat burn after. I read that somewhere before as well. Obviously proof is in the pudding 😂 💪

Opps. Edit. Sorry didn't mean to write my forum post on your thread!

Anyway what I meant to add, is that HIT type training really seems to be underated by the mass, unless you need high levels of endurance not sure why so many people feel they need so much cardio. (not talking about the cardio levels by people on here).
