I'm looking to get my bf% down into a good range to start my first cycle. I've not my nutrition in order and and currently dropping weight pretty consistently. I dont mind keeping down this natural path, but am Interested to research if Caradine would be beneficial in my situation, with the only goal of cutting fat.

I've gone from ~35% to ~25% bf since January but have kind of hit a plateu, even with adjusting macros accordingly as my weight drops. My doctor thinks my test could be low, so I've has bloodwork for that and get results next week, so that may have something to do with the plateu. Either way I've now dropped from 1900 to 1500 cal a day and started increasing training volume to try and start melting that shit faster.

Any one had experience incorporating Cardarine into a weightloss routine ? I have looked into Clen for this also, but it seems like that is some hardcore / risky stuff to take.

I’m not sure how many calories you need but I’m almost 90kg and need 2000+ or my energy & strength drops substantially. You might need an extra coffee or apple some days if energy drops too much. Solid sleep & easy cardio/ Pilates should keep stress hormones down ( helps burn fat & build muscle)

I've done some pretty heavy fasting over the last 9 months coupled with some keto, and because of my bf% I dont seem to have any issues with energy, because I have a shitload to burn. Can do a 7 day fast no issues, don't really even get hungry, I think that's partially because long term alcohol abuse has killed my appetite. The fasts are getting a little harder as I've dropped fat, but up at the 35% mark it was a walk in the park.

My maintenance atm is about 2300, and at the moment that would be a struggle for me to intake. even at 1900 I was having a bit of drama eating that volume.

But yeah, the more I research PEDs, the more I find all of them including Cardarine and Clen, don't work too well with high bf and carry a tonne of extra risks doing it that way. So I'm just going to focus on getting the health up to scratch , before even contemplating PEDs.

Look Up the liver supplement protocols & L-cartinine. Safest supplements for this phase and excellent insurance for future.
