Can you keep gains after stopping gear?

Many compounds that create quick bulk also hold more water so avoiding these may reduce water/ bulk loss.
Real strength with basic multi joint/ compound movements will help. You will also need a bit more recovery time & lower volume to avoid overtraining. Should be okay for at least a few months if you keep training/ dieting-just don’t expect the same motivation and fullness

Doc's on point there. Stopping completely can lead to a gradual reduction in muscle and strength gains over weeks to months, depending on how you manage the transition. Continuing a high-protein diet and proper nutrition is essential for maintaining muscle mass and avoiding fat gain.

After stopping gear how long do the gains last and any tips for keeping them?
Eat lots of protein and keep working out regularly to stay strong.

Plenty of rest to help your body adapt.

Age & genetics can help keep more muscle, but the most important is sticking to your routine.
