Yep, a few times and back on it now
I was 106kgs and fat got me down to 90kgs in months.
Few things to consider
Start low. 1 or 2mg a week for 2-3 weeks minimum it takes about 4 weeks for full saturation into the body so don’t expect it to drop weight right away. Then go up as needed every 2 or 3 weeks. Use it as a longer-term drop instead of a fast drop. If you want fast weight, drop its not just fat your losing but muscle. I learnt the hard way the first time I did it. Had a dexa scan before and after and lost way too much muscle.
But did drop 16kgs.
Then I used it again but was smarter about it. Low dosage longer term and dropped the similar weight but didn’t lose muscle.
I’m currently on it now as a cut and trying to just get down an extra 5kgs and only on 3mg a week split into 2 (1.5mg a shot)
Even at this dosage I’m not hungry so you want to keep protein shakes around to keep protein up, water water water. Your digestion slows down which means you may get constipated (some get the runs) grab a great digestive enzyme to help. You want to move it out of the system and not feel like crap. I also take psyllium husk morning and night which 100% helps.
Weight training is super important also as we would all know.
