Advice for crazy post injection pain.

Hey guys, bit of background -
13 weeks into first cycle, Test E 400mg per week split into 2 doses, each injection is 0.8ml. Gear purchased from one of the recommended sellers on this forum, quintrex brand.

I draw with a 21 gauge, then heat up the oil under warm running water thoroughly, switch to a 25g 1inch needle and pin.
My pin spots are my quads (vastus lateralus) and my side delts. I use a 1inch for both. I make sure the muscle is relaxed and skin sterile, push the needle in all the way, inject very slowly over around 30/40 seconds, wait a few seconds, then withdraw the needle.

The site is always fine for the first 24-48 hours. A few days after, it becomes inflamed, tight, red, and hot. It feels like the day after a crazy leg/shoulder session. In my quads, i cant squat down ass to grass without the pain in my quad being too much, for me delts, i cant sleep on my side with my delt pressed against the mattress because it hurts too much. The pip sometimes lasts upto 10 days. Its so bad in my legs sometimes that i need to take nurofen to sleep.

Following my last pin into my delt, i immediately jumped into a steaming hot shower with the water directly on the delt and spent a good 10 minutes giving it a deep massage. That seems to have reduced the following pip but i can still feel it 4 days later when i try and flex the muscle, although not as bad.

Wondering if its the oil, technique, or im just unlucky. I dont have shaky hands, i do 1-2 peptide injections daily with no issues. This pain has been plaguing me all cycle.

From what you have written, you seem to be doing everything okay. PIP propionate ester can cause some soreness. Repeated injections can lead to scar tissue build-up, or you could have a contaminated vial.

But at such small volumes, PIP should be minimal. You seem to describe aseptic technique, which would keep the chance of contamination low.

The 25g needle, while perfect for the job, you could get away with an insulin needle

Thanks for the reply, Im worried using a super fine needle that deep that it may snap. I've ordered two vials from the same supplier and nearly finished both. I noticed the second vial generally causes more PIP than the first. Both are Test E 250, in mct oil. Im gonna try another supplier and see if its just the oil / solvents that dont agree with me.
