Log update,early Sunday morning session,I wish I could sleep in but body clock...anyways gotta get in two training sessions being last day of the week so I went for light lifting,high reps for AM and will be heavy this evening,well moderately.
Back and traps,
Barbell rows,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 120lbs
Dumbbell rows,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 35lbs
T- bar rows,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 140lbs
Pull ups,close grip,wide grip, neutral grip,
3 × sets of each for 5 reps
Barbell shrugs,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 160lbs
Dumbbell shrugs,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 35lbs.
Quite basic stuff,all free weights as usual,21 was just a random number of sets I chose to do,no logic in it.most taxing was the barbell shrugs at 21s,way different to the heavy low reps usually.certainly notice the reps there.

Calories average 3200 +
Protein around 180gm,the rest is all just noise.lol.maybe arms for this evening.
