Kept this one short n reasonably light,opted out for traps as that's heavy for effectiveness,right shoulder pain still persists on occasion, particularly this session.

Log update,have had a big week working, training,family etc.pretty much trained before work and barely scraped it in each time and now it's time to update the week.got 3 sessions in and will train legs tomorrow.

Tuesday session,chest.

Incline barbell bench press,
1 × set of 30 reps @ 100lbs
2 × sets of 6 reps @ 220lbs

Dumbbell press,
2 × sets of 6 reps @ 44lbs
1 × set of 20 reps @ 35lbs

2 × sets of dips for 10 reps each set.

Flat barbell bench press,
2 × sets of 6 reps @ 220lbs
1 × set of 30 reps @ 140lbs.

Was short and intense,no time between sets, no time to waste.
20mg dbol pre workout with quick coffee.

Barbell military press,

2 × sets of 6 reps @ 160lbs

Arnold's,
2 × sets of 6 reps @ 60lbs

That's all time allowed for before work, train at 4am.

Awesome pump from final drop sets,had 20mg dbol pre workout,no rest on the drop sets.only time to rack and drop plates then back to it.went for a short walk after to warm down.
Man I hate leg day sometimes,once it's done and behind me it's like,I feel great it's done.But up to it I dread it sometimes.most times.

Got an awesome fullness, excellent pump with 20mg Anavar & 20 mg dbol pre workout.time restricted as always but got it done.
 
Anyone ever actually just scoff one of these down to save on time and get that extra protein.

Log update,early Sunday morning session,I wish I could sleep in but body clock...anyways gotta get in two training sessions being last day of the week so I went for light lifting,high reps for AM and will be heavy this evening,well moderately.

Back and traps,
Barbell rows,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 120lbs

Dumbbell rows,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 35lbs

T- bar rows,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 140lbs

Pull ups,close grip,wide grip, neutral grip,
3 × sets of each for 5 reps
Barbell shrugs,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 160lbs
Dumbbell shrugs,
3 × sets of 21 reps @ 35lbs.

Quite basic stuff,all free weights as usual,21 was just a random number of sets I chose to do,no logic in it.most taxing was the barbell shrugs at 21s,way different to the heavy low reps usually.certainly notice the reps there.

Calories average 3200 +
Protein around 180gm,the rest is all just noise.lol.maybe arms for this evening.
