Hi guys, as you know I’ve been training for a long time for anyone else that follows me on here and as I’ve always said I like to give back to the community..
I was a Petey for about 18 years a professional fighter for 20 so I know what I’m talking about so I just thought I would offer my second AB routine on here for anyone who wants to give it a turn and dry it out
