    Low dose “stronger “ compounds are not usually used alone. If they were I doubt you would get lasting gains without sides. This is notable with older orals which give plenty of sides as doses get high enough for gains

    No need to add anything to that. Doesn’t look like you needed replacement but keep up the good work. Your body will probably adjust next year and that may be a better time to plan a cycle. Consult your bloodwork before adding anything as things change if losing fat.

    That’s fine for smaller/ sports doses. You can work out your half life of compounds for precise doses but all together should be good as you propose. It’s more important if using longer acting Testosterone as higher can doses build up.

    Just perfect the basic multi joint exercises. press, row, squat, deadlift. Not too many exercises or sets & plenty of rest. You can add cardio, cables and machines but long term gains & functional strength is built on basics. Diet & quality sleep will allow you to grow
