    Strength training to Hypertrophy training and back to strength.

    It’s common practice for all athletes to periodize their years training. Often into 3 month periods. Nothing wrong with shorter times but long term results may suffer. Many also have slightly lighter week each month to reduce injury and overtraining.

    Fermented soy products have been consumed for centuries by healthy people so it shouldn’t do any harm. Supplements are often made in a laboratory rather than naturally derived so hopefully it’s as good as claimed. Load up and post your bloodwork in a few months

    By staying consistent do you mean every day? This year I’ve dropped back to training days only and haven’t noticed a difference regarding joints, skin & recovery.     I’ve read it from local hospital last year 🏥. I tried it and wouldn’t do hip or quad unless absolutely last resort. I subsequently asked other Dr’s , nurses & endocrinologist’s who still don’t ever use hip 🤷🏻‍♂️ They have same opinion as me and don’t understand this official looking brochure...

    Mast is usually good. I’ve noticed results with 100mg Tren A. Low dose of Both could be ok as they are from different families. Tren is a lot stronger and harsher on your body so lower dosage is worth experimenting with

    I’ve seen literature & tried VG - won’t do it again. No medical professionals I know will either. There’s a solid reason for using glutes for the last 70 years,if you get the correct spot it’s hardly noticeable if you’re only doing under 2ml a week.
