CJC and ghrp2 was most efficient combo I found. Small Release of GH without to many other issues. Ghrp increased appetite to much and some of the others seem to affect sugar/ fatigue levelsAny suggestions guys?

I found them less effective after 50. I’m guessing my natural levels were not wanting to be pushed. Possibly better after a cycle. Fortunately GH and other quality products are much cheaper nowadays and comparable at low dosesWhat peptides do you guys recommend for an old man?
Great suggestion. I’d just add that timing it post-workout can give you more bang for your buck since muscle cells are primed for growth.IGF-1 LR3 is another option. 30mcg a day, five days a week, either after training or in the morning. Best to run it 4 weeks on - 4 weeks off so your body doesn’t get too used to it. Helps heaps with muscle repair, and recovery.
