Hey guys, just looking for some insight and knowledge on how you guys wind down after a killer session at the gym, ( take pre workout and I'm obsessed atm ).
I find it hard to relax after and all I want to do is train hahah if anyone can relate.
I've got ADHD so I hyper focus and find myself burning out. Any supplements, tips and tricks to putting my nervous system back into a relaxed state ?
