Which Steriods raise Testosterone levels

Hello All.

I was wondering something and I also enjoy learning things.

I was wondering if free and or total testosterone levels will raised with these compounds.
1. Masteron
2. Deca
3. Primo

Say for example you were on a base of Test already for months on end and your testosterone levels have pretty much stabilised at a approx level.
Would adding any of the above compounds actualy raise your testosterone levels any more? Or is Test the only steriod that actualy raises testosterone levels.

Again I just enjoy learning things 👍 cheers all.

Test is the only one that actually raises blood testosterone levels, it's the one being measured in your bloods. The others are anabolic steroids and they don’t convert into testosterone in the body so they won’t bump up your free or total T levels.

Truth be told, adding compounds like deca might even lower your natural T a little more over time. Same with the others, they’ll suppress your natural test but won’t show up on bloods as “testosterone.”

So your total and free T levels will pretty much reflect the amount of testosterone you're injecting, not the extra compounds. If that makes sense.

They won't show up as "testosterone" on standard bloodwork, but yeah, they can show up on a drug test if it's designed to detect anabolic steroids specifically (like WADA-level testing). Most standard pathology reports just measure total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, etc., so compounds like Masteron, Deca, or Primo won't directly show up there.

That said, these compounds WILL mess with certain markers. Things like:
  • Suppressed LH/FSH (because your body sees plenty of androgens and shuts down natural production)
  • Altered lipid profile (lower HDL, higher LDL)
  • Elevated haematocrit or haemoglobin
  • Liver enzymes (AST/ALT) may be elevated depending on what you're running
  • Oestradiol levels might be affected depending on the compound and your aromatisation rate
  • Prolactin may be increased

So even if they don’t show up as “testosterone” or by name on bloods, an experienced doc can usually tell something’s going on.

This then leads to my next question. So is it the test that is responsible for helping build the muscle mass only and do these other listed compounds if stacked with test just help with "other" things.

Or does deca, primo, masteron etc also help build actual muscle mass but just in a different way, since they dont actually raise "testosterone"

Im aware of most of the other things these compounds do, help with this or that etc, but i really wanted to know do they actually help build muscle. Just to clarify.

Yes, the other steroids do build muscle mass through their own anabolic properties, even though they don’t increase testosterone levels directly. They bind to androgen receptors to increase protein synthesis the same as testosterone. Testosterone is typically used as the base in a cycle because it supports overall hormonal function and provides strong anabolic effects. The reason for stacking generally is to increase protein synthesis as much as possible whilst minimising the side effects.

Everyone reacts to the steroids differently and the side effects are different so the stack is managed based on your bloodwork.
