NPP is deca but fast acting and will help the joints in 2 weeks apposed to deca can take up to 8 weeks... NPP has to be inj ED or EOD apposed to deca every 4th or 5th day..
They will both do the same thing. Neither will cure the problem though! They'll just make your joints hold more fluid and feel lubricated for the duration you take them.
I switched to vaporizing because it’s the only method allowed here and it’s been way smoother on my lungs
