Gents, I'm new to the forum and thinking about starting TRT as a regular thing now. I'm 44 and have always cycled on and off. Any advice?

Welcome bro! TRT can be life changing if you think you need it. First step is to get bloodwork done as this is a life long commitment. Have you talked to a doctor yet?

Definitely consult with a doctor who specialises in hormone therapy. Hard to find a local GP in Australia so your best bets the paid ones online. They can help determine the right dosage and protocol tailored to your needs. I'm only saying this as you want to do it properly, as I wouldn't wing it when it comes to running tes forever.

I'm not sure how much gear you've taken in the past or how you've done your PCT or what your ultimate goal is. Therefore, I'm making assumptions based on limited information. If you're experiencing low testosterone levels, it's important to address any lifestyle factors that may be contributing to this issue, such as poor sleep, stress, or an unhealthy diet. Sometimes, small and simple changes can make a big difference. But this is just general advice, and your particular circumstances may require a more personalised approach.

I personally have experienced a significant improvement in my health and life since I started TRT. I am currently 45 years old and it has been a game-changer for me. If you are considering TRT, it's important to be patient and consistent with your treatment. It may take some time to find the right dosage and achieve optimal results, but the benefits in terms of increased energy, better mood, and overall well-being make it worth the effort. Personally, I take 1/2 ml twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, throughout the year and that works for me... I also do my blood work every 6 months. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the advice (y)

Yeah, the problem is once I'm off cycle I experience low fatigue, low libido, and difficulty gaining muscle despite hitting the gym regularly. And obviously, when I'm off, my Testosterone levels drop... and I mean drop! I have a family doctor, and I'm very open with him about what I take. We did the blood work, and my testosterone levels came back on the very low end of the range, and he actually suggested that I just go on TRT.

Look, I love it when I'm on the juice and know what to take, etc.... but just never really considered doing it full-time. I was just keen to see if anyone else is going through the same thing.
