When I try to draw with a 27G needle it ends up just making a vacuum, barely and liquid comes through. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, you are doing something wrong. 27g is used for injection not drawing you want a 19g to draw.

I have the same gauge; it takes some time as you need to let air in occasionally.

I appreciate the concern, but I think I'm alright for the moment. I know that I don't know everything, but I'm not serious enough about this yet to need advanced knowledge. The amount I was trying to draw was 0.1 ml (25mg test e) as a trial to see how my body would react, and the needle and syringe program near me only does packs of 27G, so I'm working with what I've got. But again, I appreciate the concern, and I am being as safe as possible with my usage.
