I got into more international stuff recently and found some cool recommendations through https://www.praguefilminstitute.cz . They talk a lot about film techniques and series that focus on solid storytelling and unique styles. Found a few gems I'd never have come across otherwise. If you're into cinematography or just want something a bit different, it's worth poking around there.
