It’s above range and should probably lower it for a few months before doing a cycle. Range should be written on your results( 9-29 from memory) I’m similar age and aim for 20 ( TRT )

Only taking 0.5ml every 4 days of test E 250 not sure why it's so high.
Medical prescribing is often 2x monthly ( not weekly). You’re probably using higher quality gear and dosing more frequently. TrT use allows higher blood levels to drop into range between injections. A cycle aims to build levels up for 2 -3 months and stay well above range( which is what you did).
Not sure what you were expecting but blood work was good so hopefully you enjoyed some training and felt 20 years younger

My medical script is 150mg of test c broken in to 3 x week injections (50mg each) fortnightly or monthly is too long of a wait time using test C or E

Guess it depends on your blood test results and prescribing physician. Sounds like “off label use “ which often proves quite effective

My bloods are all in my blog

I started with a free test of 109 and my last bloods I sat at 1285 with Specialist happy with my bloodwork being aware I use a full bb4 sports plus panel from I medical which is very detailed

The half life of C and E esters isn't long enough to use every fortnight or monthly your body would have such spikes and crashes it would be worse for your mental health than living with low test you'd be moody as

Medical and drug companies often prescribe for convenience or laziness 🤣. It also varies a lot with individuals. I modified mine after consulting few blood tests & endocrinologists -levels built up with anything less than weekly & no crashes. The original 3weeks was a ridiculous roller coaster exactly as you suggested however that’s the prescription guidelines many doctors Still adhere to 🤷🏻‍♂️.
It’s good to see what works for different people-Forum information is a great resource for these reasons
