Hi, starting my first 12 week cycle. Ive been training over the past 3 years. I plan to take weight gainer as well as protein shakes between my 5 meals, train hard 4 days a week to allow rest in between, my goal is to bulk up.
Here it is:
Weeks 1-12 test e 500mg a week
Weeks 1-12 deca @ 500mg a week
Weeks 1-6 dbol @ 40mg ed
Weeks 13-15 nolva and clomid, milk thistle
pinning every Mon & Thurs
I am mixing the test e and deca, 1 ml outa each bottle gives 2ml a jag. twice a week
Any advice on this cycle if you think it would be a good first cycle, please let me know...any information appreciated. Thanks!
