Hi guys
I have just ordered some Sustanon 250; which syringe size should I use? Where do you get them from ? Where to you inject (weekly?) Thank you

I am planning 1mg weekly + 10mg of Anavar daily (which should also make T more effective by reducing SHBG).

Medical center, chemist , community needle service or order a box online ( Glass vials are a reliable company )
Best size is 3ml syringe with 23 -25 G needle at least 25mm long( longer for Glutes ). 25G is a bit small to draw up thick oil so get some 21G for that.

Think you might mean 1ml weekly which is plenty to start with ( Most Dr’s recommend every 2+weeks) You best get some help with injecting if you haven’t done it before- Dr ,Nurse, Chemist, community Needle center or Body Builder might help. If it’s your first cycle add Var after first month as orals are safer with a shorter time period.

Hey mate.
Type in needle exchange and your town. Lots of centers will give you what they call a Steriod kit.
This has everything you need in it
Drawing needles, Inectoins needles, swabs and needle container which you can go back put in the bin then get another kit when done

Easiest way.

Now Anavar at 10mg why?
I'm assuming with the name Fred your male (guess I should never assume in this day and age)
10mg won't even touch the sides.
40-60mg is whats recommended per day to get the most out of it. I wouldn't even bother with 10mg adding extra toxins into the liver without getting any gains from it.

There's a load of youtube videos on how to inject. That's how I taught myself. It's actually very easy.
