I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for nexus pharma. I have an auspost app, not seeing anything.

Yes, twice. First time I was told that they had sent it, but I have an auspost app and it usually shows the package coming in the first week, but it is 3 weeks and nothing. I showed them the bitcoin had been sent when I contacted them, so I don’t know
