I kept my protein up over 300g a day not much room left for carbs
Around 2000 calories a day I have zero appetite on Reta
I have always trained 7 days a week for around 3 hrs being retired I have plenty of time.
I feel a lot of weight down may be due to the carbs being negated.
I am also on 8 units of GH a night plus test and micro dosed Tren 20mg daily with 40mg Anavar pre workout
I have since added SLUPP 332 and Methylene blue and my energy levels are through the roof now.
Will be adding in 1 mg Mots C pre workout and 80mg T4 with my GH before bed starting Monday
