I am stupid enough to admit I did my first cycle wrong when I was 20 jumped on Test E and Tren E and later Added masteron Into the mix later on
Test e was running 250 per week for the first month with 200 tren E per week then after 8 weeks added 200 masteron per week I didn’t get bloods done or do anything right also no pct. Now I am 23 and want to just run Test E and Masteron but also considering Tren E after a few weeks any advice on how to do it right? I have gone and done my blood screen but anxious on how to tackle this. I can also make a log to keep people updated if they are interested in that

Alright mate, first off, props for owning it and asking for help this time around. That already puts you ahead of where you were at 20.

But truth is, no one can give you solid advice without knowing a few more things:
  • What’s the goal here? Bulk? Recomp? Cutting?
  • What are your current stats—weight, height, estimated body fat?
  • How long have you been training seriously, and are you consistent week-to-week?
  • Diet—how dialed in are you? Are you tracking macros, or just eating "clean"?
  • You mentioned you got your bloods—post them up (just blank out any personal details).
  • Also, have you ever run any proper PCT or cruise/blast setups since that first cycle?

You’re not the first bloke to dive in without a plan, but you’ve got time to do it smarter now.

Welcome to the forum brother. Starting a log is a great idea. You can drop all your stats in there and if you're comfortable, some pics help too. Bloodwork will go a long way in making sure you get proper/safe advice.

The truth - at 23, it's worth asking yourself if you really need to jump back on again right now. Either way, your call and we’ll support you with the best info we can to help.

Appreciate the message brother I’ll start adding stuff to this forum to give people an idea of what I’m trying to achieve.

Thanks for the advice I’ll start adding info into the forum to give you an idea of where I’m at

So I’m trying to cut a few kgs while keeping my muscles mass. I gained 13 kgs since two years away from the gym. I am currently 96kgs 181 cm tall and roughly around 20-25 percent body fat. I have been training consistently for the past month and think I’m ready to start a cycle very shortly. I use my fitness pal to track my macros and eat very healthy and consistent currently in a deficit eating 1600-1800 a day protein focused and low fat and carbs. I’ll post my bloods in a second just have to download it. I ran nolvadex for about two weeks then didn’t see the point. I was obviously stupid being an arrogant young male at 20.

Oh forgot to add my weight today is actually 92 I was 96 a month ago when I started
Alright mate, first off—props again for being open about your past and putting in the work now. Dropping from 96 to 92 in a month is a solid start.

But here’s the honest truth:
If you’re still sitting at 20%+ body fat, jumping on a cycle isn’t the best move. The higher your BF, the higher the risk for estrogen-related sides, blood pressure issues, and lipid damage—especially when you start stacking compounds. You’re still young with time on your side. The more you cycle, the more limited your future natural baseline becomes. No need to rush it.

Here’s what I’d do instead:

Spend the next 8 weeks dialling everything in:

  • Drop another 4–5kg, aim for 12–14% body fat
  • Let your body settle back into training, build consistency, and get those strength foundations re-set
  • Consider jumping on Retatrutide (or another GLP-1) for a couple months to accelerate the cut — it’s way less risk and sets you up for a cleaner, more effective cycle when the time is right

Once you’re leaner, Test and Mast will shine way more. You’ll look harder, drier, and you’ll actually see the difference. Running them now at higher BF will just blunt that impact and raise the sides.

And Tren?

Leave it. You do not need it right now.
Tren sides are no joke—blood pressure, cholesterol, anxiety, night sweats—the works. They hit harder the higher your body fat, and trust me, it’s better saved for when you’re already conditioned and need that edge.

You could run something like:

  • Test E: 250–300mg/week
  • Masteron E: 200–300mg/week (if your cholesterol is in check)

Keep it minimal. The first few proper cycles should always be low-dose. Because each run, you’ll likely need a little more to see the same effect. No one stops at one cycle—we all know that.

If you’ve only been back in the gym a month, give it time. Build that base again. Let your joints, CNS, and technique all catch up. You’ll thank yourself later. One or two months more won’t set you back—it’ll launch you forward.

Bloodwork

Once you post it, we can go over it properly, but key things to check:

  • Total + Free Test
  • LH / FSH
  • Oestrogen (E2)
  • ALT / AST (liver)
  • Lipids (HDL / LDL)
  • CBC (haematocrit, red blood cells)
  • Prolactin

If anything’s way off, best to fix it now before going on cycle—not mid-way through when your body’s under more pressure.

You’re doing the right thing asking now. Just don’t let impatience wreck your long-term results. Drop the fat, build the base, then go in clean and smart. And 100% post up a log—people will follow, and it’ll keep you accountable too.

Will do appreciate the advice it’s really helpful I’ll listen to you as you obviously know a lot more than I do thank you I’ll keep this updated and create a log

Quick update I’m still waiting for my blood panel to be sent to me they said it would take up to 48 hours but it’s been 3 days I’ll post them as soon as I get them I did a body fat percentage calculator and I’m actually 16 percent is that good or should I still be trying to lose weight before getting on a cycle ? I can add physique before and after photos when I start seeing some changes later on

These are my results from my blood test I have no idea what I’m looking at is there anything concerning I should be worried about ?
