I'm using the 10mg vial from Oz for the first time... week 2 at 2mgs and **** me... struggled to eat a 2nd piece of my smashed avo on sourdough rye earlier... would normally would have a bowl of yoghurt also with berries, protein and a granola also but not in the slightest bit hungry... had to get some liquid protein in (rokeby farms protein ).... I dosed Friday and feels like the last 24 hours is peak... Its definitely the goods... I'll not need to go anymore based on how this feels. Actually getting more work done as I'm not getting interuptive food noise....
 
I plan on getting Reta from OzSteroids. I just need help in dosage. Does it depend on what I'm taking at the moment. How do you know if your dose is too much or too little...???
 
Start with 1mg and see how you respond... everyone is different. I found 2mg to be the sweat spot for me on vial 1.... lasted 5 weeks and I droped 3kgs easy.... nulls your appetite / get full quick... no interest in snacking.... no doubt I'll increase as I use it but I'll run it another 6-8 weeks..... I'm only using with test 250mg, a little deca for joints 100mg nothing crazy.... then I'll come off... BP fine, bloods all good cholesterol etc.... in fact, it probably helps lipids and bp to a point. FYI, I started with 1mg didn't feel much so added another 1mg about 3 days later and it hit me....

I'd recommend starting lower at 0.5mg a week, it takes up to 6 weeks to be saturated with reta. If you're fine after two weeks titrate up to 1mg, then 1.5, 2.0. I lost 6 kg in 3 months on only 2mg.

The slow approach is best as if you titrate quickly before you're saturated at that level and get sides, it'll take a while to go back down. Nausea isn't nice and will impact your training, and if you're not training you'll lose more muscle. Slowly slowly really is the best approach with this.
