Book in for a dexa scan. Probly one of the more accurate ways

This was my last dexa so you get idea in the information you get.

they use an ultrasound style machine you lay down in and takes 3 scans

For those who don't have a chance to get a scan, there are cheaper alternatives. Will surely not be as accurate but will give you a fair idea.
