That combo, sweet spot is usually 100mcg of each, dosed 2 to 3 times a day. Pin them together in the same syringe. Morning (fasted), post workout if you train and before bed. Take it on an empty stomach and avoid eating for at least 30 -60 minutes afterward, especially steering clear of carbs and fats since insulin can blunt the GH release. Should be run for at least 12 to 16 weeks minimum. That’s when you’ll start to see deeper sleep, tighter skin and slow steady fat loss. Some people go up to 6 months safely, especially if sides are low (which they usually are). It’s one of the safer protocols for women and works best as a long game, not a quick fix.
