PCT after 1st ever TRT on TestE

Heya,

Half way through my first ever 10 week cycle on Test E . 250mg once weekly .
What u guys recommend for pct , when to start and for how long?
Planning on cutting after cycle maybe with peptides.
If possible to keep it simple rather then stacking 2x different things even better 🙂

You have a title TRT - TRT is hormone replacement therapy due to your body not having ability to produce natural Testosterone
TRT is a lifetime treatment so why are you PTC?
if you have just decided to run a cycle 10 weeks is pointless - why shut your body down for 10 weeks to put it back through the stress to try naturally produce testosterone?

40 yo btw , never enhanced before . Did not do bloods ( pains me to spend 200$ atm tbh).
Pains you to spend $200 for your health? you need to do bloodwork pre, 6 to 8 weeks in and then every 8 to 12 weeks
you prepared to spend $$ to buy gear but not to do it safely?

Sorry I am new to enhancing so maybe TRT not the right term. Just doing a cycle to put on some lean mass faster . I was advised to do Test E for best results. I know I should do bloods . I will do them at week 6 and at the end like suggested. It pains me cs atm wallet a bit light . Apart for the bloods what do you suggest I do? I do not want to do injections for life .

If your wallet is hurting before starting
A cycle is more than a bottle of test
Its the $100s of supplements
Its the $1000 in quality foods
It is having cash to ensure bloodwork is done and having bankroll to cover you if things went wrong.

Id invest the money now in a good nutrition and possibility a coach to push you before going down the PEDs path.

Again just my personal opinion...

Understand it take 4 weeks for your body to fully absorb testosterone so running a 6 week cycle you'd only get 2 week before stopping and then stressing your body and feeling like rubbish to do a PCT and hope your natural levels return.

Thanks bro I appreciate the honesty .
So you think just cut it out ? I am at week 5 out of 10. I have been training for 12 months 5 days a week doing HIT and weights. Not looking at macros too much but been eating healty too, no carbs ,basically chicken ,lean meat and veggies .
Taking my proteins, cratine ,glutamine etc. but results are coming very very slow.

I guess I'm getting older so that counts too .
It's just hard to keep motivated when results take so long .
I set myself a goal to get in shape in 2 years amd I'm half way there now but feel like going to miss the target .

Honestly, best call is to finish what you’ve started safely, run a proper PCT, then focus on getting your diet, macros and recovery before thinking about another run. You’ll get way more out of another solid year of proper eating and consistent training than from low dose test right now.
