NPP + Current Bloodwork Expert Advice

Hey guys,

Looking for eyes on some bloodwork specifically in relation to NPP.

Context (for interpretation only):

  • Currently running testosterone enanthate as a base
  • Considering adding NPP for ~12–16 weeks at low exposure - 100-200mg per week
  • Bloodwork below was taken before a major cut
  • Since this panel I’ve lost ~18 kg and am now sub-10% body fat
  • Goal here is to understand if this cycle will be manageable when NPP is introduced

Bloodwork (pre-cut)

Liver / systemic
  • AST: 25
  • ALT: 28
Androgens / pituitary
  • Total Testosterone: 16.1
  • Free Testosterone: 363.6
  • LH: 2.1
  • FSH: 6
Estrogen / prolactin
  • Estradiol (E2): 132
  • Prolactin: 198
Thyroid
  • TSH: 3.2
Hematology
  • Hemoglobin (Hb): 129
  • RBC (RCC): 6.8
  • Hematocrit (HCT): 0.42
  • MCV: 62
  • MCH: 129
  • MCHC: 306
  • RDW: 18.6
Lipids
  • Total Cholesterol: 4.1
  • HDL-C: 1.1
  • LDL-C: 2.6
Glucose control
  • Insulin: 5
  • HbA1c (NGSP): 5.2
  • HbA1c (IFCC): 33

Labs look good. I would keep an eye on Hb/HCT and E2/prolactin while on cycle. Stay on top of diet, cardio and hydration.. no major red flags that I can see.

thanks heaps mate really appreciate this. i agree those markers of mine do seem a bit on the end of the scale and need to be monitored. Is a 12 week cycle of NPP on this dose effective in a bulking/ off season context in terms of length and dose factoring in these blood markers. Lastly if 12 weeks what point in time would i be looking to get bloods taken again... Week 6 and post cycle ? e

Get a new blood test before starting your cycle. Don’t make decisions from a panel which I’m guessing is at least a year old.

Then take another about 6 weeks in cycle and one at the end.
