ok... first thing is to get your diet on point. The juice is great but if your training and your eating is NOT controlled then results wont be as expected.
I would do something like this:
12 weeks in total.
Wk 1 - 12: 500mg Test E (split 250mg twice per week, Sundays and Wednesdays)
Wk 1 - 6: Anavar 50mg (split 2 - 3 times a day, morning/noon/night)
Wk 10 - 12: Winstrol at 30mg every day
After you finish this cycle, if it were me... I would just cruise it on Test E at 250mg a week (split into 125mg doses at twice a week).
Most importantly brother... you need to be very strict in these 12 weeks, so you don't waste the gear and your time. Just eat lots and eat clean. Cause it's actually hard to eat a lot of food when it's clean. At your height and build, and if your training hard I would eat at least 3000 to 3500cals a day. (no junk food

). This is my opinion but the boys on this forum might have a different opinion.
Also, just monitor how your body reacts to this cycle, if you can tolerate this cycle with no issues then you can start introducing other compounds in like Tren etc.. but just see how this goes first.
