Hey guys, new to the forum, thought id introduce myself.
30y, 92kg M from south Brisbane.
6 Months back into training fulltime since having kids and letting myself go.
Currently running some Test E and Mast seem to be getting good progress but still a long way to go.

Just setup a full home gym in my garage.
1-45kg dumbbells, half rack with cables and smith machine. Leg press / hacksquat + 7ft barbell for bench press, squats and deadlifts.

Keen to do some research on here and see other peoples advice. 💪
