Hi all, I don’t have a gym community (have a home gym) so I’ve just been using whatever resources I could to try and gain more information.
There’s so much noise online it’s hard to tell what’s bullshit and what’s not. This community has popped up a bit while doing research so I thought I’d have a look here
Bit of background. I’m 38, I’m a concreter of 15 years, been training for a while now trying to gain strength, with work I seem to have a lot more endurance than strength.
I train 4 days a week plus work but pushing more and more. Trying to focus on form over numbers, they will grow over time
My workmate started taking test he wasn’t even training and has had great results and I was curious but I hate needles so I got some anavar through a mate of a mate.. Started 30mg a day then went to 40. Been on it for 4 weeks. Just to see what it would do.
I’m also Taking magnesium, NAC, ashwaghanda, L-citrulline, chromium picolinate, D-Aspartic acid, zinc, fish oil and creatine daily to help
I have Clomid for pct when I finish
Curious on taking test next, or maybe something else, not sure yet.
my mates source for test isn’t reliable so that’s one issue I need to resolve and also has anyone had experience with the comfort inn needle free system?
