Hey all, new here, just looking for some advice.

A couple years ago (then 24yrs) I did a low dose of Test E (1.25ml/375mg once a week for about 8 weeks) as I was struggling always being long and lanky and thought it would help with a bulk to put on weight and fill out my frame.
It was amazing! 2 months prior to test I was 70kgs and a month after cycle I was 95kgs.
Everything from energy, drive, motivation, sleep, appetite, gains and mental clarity all seemed to be great.

I worked a physical job and would gym 5 days on a basic push/pull/rest (skipped legs a lot, as I preferred watching my chest and arms actually fill out).
Life and other situations got hectic and not long after my cycle and I lost the opportunity to continue test and also being dumb, I didn't run any PCT..
I also started a new job (7/7 - week on and week off and sitting almost all day) I became inconsistent with gym as I barely had anytime during the work week and the week off with travel and rest.
I get to the gym mostly for cardio 3 times on my off week but I know its not cutting it. So any advice on consistent gym on such a weird life roster would be amazing, I will stress that the week I am working, I have about an hour free before bed (6-7hrs sleep) between shifts and that's my dinner/shower/washing)

I've managed to keep that appetite I once had on test, but that has seemed to be my downfall, I've chunked on the fat mostly around my belly and sides and its driving me mental. (105kgs now)

I'm unsure where to start, as running test again seems counter productive considering how much it helped me bulk in the past. I would love to run a cycle again for that motivation, mental and gym gains but I'm worried it wont help me with melting this fat I've stacked on, so any suggestions on something I can run along side test to help curb cravings and/or melt fat would be greatly appreciated..

Just doing some basic research this is what I was thinking for a cycle, but still without any fat burner I am very unsure. I was possibly looking into Anavar in a low dose to maybe promote fat burn?

Also thank-you all for having me here, I didn't really think these kind of forums existed and stumbled across it looking at " Fat burning " supplement reviews.
It's truly so great seeing people motivate, push and help each other no matter what stage or level they are at.

Welcome brother. Before you think about jumping back on you should get bloodwork done. Otherwise you’ve got no idea where your test, estrogen, lipids etc. are? That’s your baseline.

Right now your biggest issue isn’t the lack of gear. If you’re serious about getting into shape you should start by tracking your calories/macros properly so you know exactly what’s going in then build a routine that fits around your shifts (3 to 4 focused sessions a week is enough if foods is on point). Once diet and training are consistent you’ll lean out naturally and if you still want to run gear later, you’ll actually benefit from it instead of just storing more fat.

Letrozole isn’t a PCT. It's an AI. So it won’t restart your natural test. It will crash your estrogen. For PCT you'd want something like Nolva or/and Clomid.

Thank you heaps bro! Judging by your response I have a lot more research to do in its self..

Do you have any recommendations for places that do blood work? I have asked my GP in the past and was told no unless there was symptoms that would warrant needing a blood test.

I've only just recently gotten into counting Cals/macros, good little app called "MyFitnessPal", have been trying to stay under 2000cals a day and so far so good, I am planning on becoming more in depth as I spend my free time researching and putting into practice.

There was a brief time there I just wouldn't take anything to work and only eat in the evenings but I found no real difference in weight and energy was crashing really early during the day, paired with not being able to hit gym 7 out of 14 days, I'm struggling to see progress, just stagnant, no more gain, but no loss either..
I would assume its not a quick thing hence why I was tryna get some advice on something I could take to help promote fat burn but as you said, I think its just more consistent during my time off and really focusing on what's going in my body.

If the roles were reversed how would you go about not being able to gym for 7 days straight? Like would you cut intake more during that week and the following week make up for lost cardio and cals?
I guess that's the part that is burning me the most, I sit most of the day during that week (2000 steps daily MAX), I can't be physical and the next week I'm buggered from the 100-110 hour week/travel and try my best to burn whatever I gained.. am I just cooked in the head or am I just being soft? ahahah

Wow.. now I feel stupid haha, thank you heaps! I'll swap out Letro for Nolva.

Sorry to blast you with questions, I am very keen on jumping back on, I want to do this right and am open to all suggestions or advice.

Hey mate i feel your pain with the going to get mine job.
When I'm on shift I tend to try and train every second day or just depends on how I feel as I know you have to give up the sleep to do so I just go the few tired day as I hate missing the gym.
Then just try stay on top of it at home.
But for bloods you can use imedical
Easy to read and get results back quick then you have them to look back on.
As for weight loss I would just run Retatrutide that will help you with what your after.
You can just take your weekly shot before you fly out.
