Shane's been a familiar face around here, always bringing positive energy and a genuine passion for our community.

In his new role, Shane will be helping us keep the forums active and engaging, encouraging discussions, and connecting with all of you to make AGW even more awesome. Plus, Shane is always available for a chat, ready to answer questions, and assist us moderators in keeping the peace and maintaining a clean and friendly environment.

As part of our ambassador program, Shane’s stepping up to help us grow and build an even tighter community.

Hello Team AGW

I am reaching out to you all to drop by and just have a chat to see how you are all doing.
What goals you all have and what your cycles are like and how your body is responding to them.

I would also like to make sure you are all checking your bloods and markers at least every 3 months, our good friend and one of my closest mates on here @trespassing_minds has a link to I am pretty sure cheap blood referrals so you don't have to go to a Dr.

Anyway hope you can all take the time to drop me a line and say G'day

AGW Update!

Most of you already know Shane @shaneo75 our Community Manager.

We’re now expanding the team and bringing on 4 new Community Managers/AGW Ambassadors to support the forum alongside him.

These aren’t random additions - these are members we’ve approached directly.

Behind the scenes, we keep an eye on how people show up in the community and these guys have consistently stood out. Always getting involved, supporting logs, giving honest and constructive feedback and helping others where they can.

We want to give a genuine THANK YOU to these guys for accepting the role.

We all know life gets busy, so for you to take this on and contribute more to the community means a lot to us - it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Sometimes it’s not about writing essays… even a few words of encouragement can go a long way and these guys understand that.

This forum has always been built on being friendly, respectful and judgement-free.

No one here claims to know it all - we learn from each other’s experiences and that’s what makes this place different.

Our Community Managers represent that mindset and will help keep the forum active, supportive and engaging, while also working alongside our moderators to help protect the forum from unwanted guests and the occasional ego-driven behaviour (which, to be fair, is pretty rare around here).
