Plus, Shane is always available for a chat, ready to answer questions, and assist us moderators in keeping the peace and maintaining a clean and friendly environment.

As part of our ambassador program, Shane’s stepping up to help us grow and build an even tighter community.

Hello Team AGW

I am reaching out to you all to drop by and just have a chat to see how you are all doing.
What goals you all have and what your cycles are like and how your body is responding to them.

I would also like to make sure you are all checking your bloods and markers at least every 3 months, our good friend and one of my closest mates on here @trespassing_minds has a link to I am pretty sure cheap blood referrals so you don't have to go to a Dr.

Anyway hope you can all take the time to drop me a line and say G'day
