Need some advice from the experts!

Hey Guys!

I'm 46 and I've been lifting without stopping for about 28 years. I'm 6' and 102kgs

I have never had a problem building muscle or maintaining it, no matter what kind of diet I'm on, but I have gained a bit of bodyfat over the years. In the last year, I addressed that with an eating plan, and cut a lot of fat and gained more muscle. I switched to a heavy volume training plan, five times a week, and have had excellent gains.

After all these years I have a very good amount of mass, but a little more would be awesome, and it would be even better if I could cut the fat down dramatically (I'm about 18% bodyfat).

I'm a research guy and would never take any substance unless I understood it, it's effects, etc. From what I read, an eight week cycle of:

Test Prop and Tren A would provide the effects I'm looking for: Cutting and muscle mass.

However, I've read so much, I'm now confused.

1. I've seen all kinds of dosages for both substances. For instance, some people suggest tren at 50, 100, and more. Some suggest pinning daily, and some every other day.

I'm not a kid looking to gain a whole body, just improve my already substantial one, and cut fat. What do you believe would be a good dose and frequency?

2. I see the following as a frequent PCT: clomid at 50/50/50/50 and Nolva at 40/40/40/40

Thoughts?

Note: I have never tried injectables (I know how to do injections though).

Hi there legend..best advice if you do plan to join the dark side 😀 is getting some pre cycle blood panels done to see where you are at regarding test levels and HDL /LDL cholesterol levels and such local GP can do them just as a general check up.. regards to cycles..tren probably isn't best choice first time..test E mast E or the prop esters and see how you transform 💪🏼 prop esters you are going to best off pin every day or e2d.. going to feel like a pin cushion hahaha 🤣

Is there a reason why not start with the Tren (is it only because it's my first time)? The stuff I've read have it down as THE cutting agent. Meanwhile, I've read that Winstrol has the drying effect, but doesn't truly cause fat loss.

Also with the PCT, do you think I should do this or just do TRT moving forward?

Leave tren until you get a few cycles under your belt mate..if you where looking to compete perhaps.. you'll get some good results with test and mast or stanno.. personally I started my journey on test and dbols at 41..ten years ago levels where low 8 and second test next day was 15..trt might be a good option? 170mg/200mg aweek split into 2 pins aweek

@CCG is spot on.

I actually just jumped off another forum and there was 24yr old kid who posted, asking about tren and that he wanted to jump on for his first cycle cause he saw some youtube video blah blah blah.... and asking how much tren he should take. It just blows my mind that people do very little research and just wanna jab themselves 🤣 and think they're gonna blow up!

I agree totally, tren is no magic bullet, the only way to cut is to go into a calorie deficit. Taking anabolics you can cut a bit harder with less risk of losing muscle. But tren isn’t going to magically peal the fat off you. I agree with the longer esters, test e, mast e, deca, or even sust. Even 4 weeks of dbol. As an older athlete, I would stay away from tren, too many sides in my opinion, there are plenty of less toxic options for us more mature gentlemen 😂

Don't touch win.

If you're not 6 weeks out from stage you don't need it.

In your current condition it'd be wasted.
And it's too easy to do serious joint damage.

I'm gonna go against the grain because I love Tren and I respond well to Tren.
I ran it second cycle, and every cycle since.
In all honesty I could have run it first cycle.

But we don't all respond the same.

If you don't already have some mental health concerns, you'll be fine.
The only other sides you have to worry about are waking up in puddles of sweat, and a ridiculously high libido.
Again, if you have some self control, you don't need to worry about cheating on your wife with midget trannies.

Start with test mast tren at 250/100/100.
Run for 4 weeks get bloods see how you're responding.
Estradiol for Test aromatization.
Prolactin and progesterone for Tren.
Liver markers should be fine at that dose.

Bump up to 300/150/150 at 4 weeks.
And 400/200/200 at 8 weeks.
If you're handling it.

Run the Tren for 8-12 weeks.
Run test and mast out to 16-24 weeks.

Irrespective of esters, pin EOD for stability.
This will also lower aromatization.

Above all else, make sure your nutrition is on point.
Train like a beast, sleep like a beauty.
 
A lot of people will tell you to stay away from tren for your first few cycles but the truth is a lot of us would have used it out the gates.

Then later we understand anabolics some what better and realise less can be more especially in the beginning.

Fat loss is not about steroids mate. It’s about calorie deficit. But if you’re set on a cycle this is my opinion.

Do test enanthate on its own.
Week 1-6 : 500mg
(2 x 1cc injections mon/thur)

Week 7- 15 750mg
(3x 1cc injections mon/wed/fri)

I’m sure some won’t agree with my opinion on this. But if I could start over his is what I would do

You will also need aromasin on hand incase you have some estrogen sides.

Pct personally I only ever use clomid 50mg for 1-2 weeks (depending on size of cycle) on the 14th day after my last pin.

Hcg can also be used in pct but I’ve found for me personally clomid is enough.

Bloodwork is always a wise choice. Before during and after a cycle.

Hey how’s it going I just wanted to know more about sarms ostarine , I’m 48 being training on and off for the past 10yrs and the last couple yrs I’ve plateau so I just started Ostarine 2wks ago and find it hard to sleep anything I can do to improve my sleep quality and anything else I should look out for especially at my age?
