Hey guys, I've been sussing this forum out for a while now and just joined. I am really impressed with it. The community is very knowledgeable and very respectful to eachother. Hard to find this in forums these days. And it being an Aussie forum is an absolute bonus!

Anyways, as mentioned I'm am member on other fourms as well and thought I would do my log here as well.

Training History
I've been training properly (4 to 5 times a week) for the past 7 years solid. Prior that, I was still training on & off for 10 years (total 17 years of training). My workouts consist of legs twice a week, chest/tris/shoulders/abs twice a week, Back & Bis once a week. I go through periods where I do about 8000 steps a day (not constant).

Steroid History
I started steroids for the first time when I was 38yrs old and that was straight TRT through a Doctor. It was monitored regularly with constant bloodwork was done. I was prescribed 250mg Test E every 10 days. I did that constantly for 3 years then started my first cycle with increased dosages of Test E on its own. Over the years I've added Tren E, EQ and Anavar. I was averaging 2 cycles a year. At the moment I'm doing a cycle of 500mg Test and 200mg of Tren E for 10 weeks. I call this mini cycle cause normally I do a cycle for about 12 to 14 weeks at 750mg Test E and 400mg Tren E (or replace Tren E with EQ).

I've done EQ twice now but prefer Tren E (reason why I've never done Tren A is cause I don't like pinning all the time, twice a week I can handle).

PCT
I've never really done any PCT cause I've always been taking Anastrozole 0.5mg twice a week from day 1 but I increase the dosage when I'm blasting. I've only had to take Nolvodex twice (this is usually when I'm on Tren for nipples, but not for my current mini cycle cause there have been no sides from the Tren. I only get the night sweats and nipple soreness when Im taking 400mg a week).

Food
When I started to get serious with training I was counting cals/macros through an app everyday religiously. This proccess taught me alot about my food and how my body reacts at different cal levels.

Goals
To keep building on what I have, get thicker and stay lean.

My proposed cycle, please give me some feedback/suggestions:

Compunds: Test E, Tren E and Tbol

Cycle Duration: 16 weeks

Week 1-16:

Test E: 500mg per week (divided into two injections)
Tren E: 200mg per week (divided into two injections)

Week 1-6:
Tbol: 50mg per day
 
Latest Pic... I'm just on TRT at the moment. 250mg (divided into 2 injections on Sundays and Wednesdays).

Chin ups - 4 sets of 10 reps
Bent over rows - 4 sets of 60kgs 10 to 12 reps
Cable Rows - 3 sets of 60kgs/70kgs/86kgs 8 to 12 reps

Biceps
Straight Bar Curls - 4 sets of 30 - 45kg 10 to 12 reps
Seated Alternate DB Curls - 4 sets 15kg - 17.5kg 8 to 12 reps
Preacher Curls - 3 sets 30kg 8 to 10 reps

Legs
Squats - 4 sets 60kg - 100kg - 12 to 20 reps
Deadlifts - 3 sets 60 - 100kg - 10 to 12 reps
Back Extensions - 3 sets holding 10kg plate 10 to 12 reps
Standing Calf Raises - 4 sets 70kgs 18 to 20 reps

I had to do a quick chest workout yesterday as I was running late with a few appointments and my food intake wasn't enough so my energy was low. But I had to get the workout in as it was better to do something than nothing (I didn't do my normal training routine).

Kept it very simple
DB incline - 4x 30kg, 34kg, 20kg, 42kg (each arm) - 8/18 reps
Flat bench - 4x 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 100kg, 100kg - 8/12 reps
Decline Machine - 4x 60kgs 12 reps
Peck deck - 4x 65kgs 12 reps
Tricep ropes - 42 kgs 12 reps
Tricep v bar - 42 kgs 12 reps
Tricep straight bar - 42 kgs 12 reps

Leg Extentions - 4 sets 110kgs 10 to 12 reps
Sitting calfs - 4 sets 30kgs 12 reps - superset with standing ones
 
Nice work .. I think the hardest is to keep lean and grow at the same. The Nirvana that everyone chases (me included 😂).
I hear you brother lol... I try really hard to keep lean all year round but like everyone there always slip ups...

Did chest,tris and shoulders during and Jujitsu at night for an hour.
