Mixing 10mg with 2ml bac water means you’re only getting 0.05mg per 1 unit, so your dose is quite low. If you mixed with 1ml of bac water, 1 unit would be 0.1mg which is a more typical starting dose. Your current dose will take longer to see effects. You should pin 2 units per shot.

I've changed it up and have been taking that low dose twice a week. It's been working a treat.

Hi guys.
Very simple stuff to use. To not overdose as you will feel terrible, Sick ,nausia ,over heating , Hot flushes . And they kick in quick so always underdose . Dont go above .05 . Stick to around ml.02-.03. Use eod until happy with colour then maintain at once a week at .01ml per week. Great stuff. Make sure your still getting sun exposure , and you will be shinning through summer this year haha. Im a repeat offender
