Low dose test + orals

Been cycling on and off for years, tried all the combos. Past few years I’ve found running a low moderate dose of Test alongside a short oral kicker feels better and leaner. Less bloat, better pumps, smoother recovery. Curious if any one else have shifted toward this kind of approach rather than the old school 600+ Test base with heavy stacks. I just feel like the body responds better now after years of use. Anyone else done similar?

I hear you loud and clear. After enough time, you realise less is more. Especially when your receptors aren’t as fresh as they used to be. I’ve been running a similar setup the last few years. The body’s not what it used to be, and you’ve got to be realistic about age and what’s sustainable long term.

Sounds familiar . As I approach 60 I often end up maintenance training due to old injuries/ arthritis flares. It would be pointless to run a high dose protocol with long esters so the shorter acting compounds are quite handy when dieting & training hard. Helps with body fat and results without heaviness of high test and need for AI. High blood markers also correct quicker.

Many run a higher TRT does than normal 200-250mg a week all year round and then add in a few extras a bit along the way.
Iv got mate in the 30s 50s and 60s that do this. Regular bloodwork and consistency on diet and working out and they look amazing all year round.

Yes, orals work in synergy with oils and will work better when they are stacked.

Appreciate your comments 🙏 Thank you

It's good to hear I’m not the only one moving this way. I guess after enough years you start realising it’s about what feels sustainable. I'm curious which orals have you guys found pair best without beating up the liver too much?

Stay away from Anapon, Halotestin, Superdrol. You probably already know that and why.

Hey there Mammoth,

I'm 60 in a few months and echo many opinions here.
TRT at 250mg per week (2 x pins per week test e 5ml) with a 7 week anavar course every 6 months is working amazingly well for me.

Cheers.

Thanks Hazy. Anavar is great, I'm also looking into Turinabol. Have you had any experience with it?

Tbol and Anavar are meant to be the best for lipids but of couse not matter what you add in you will need liver and other supports.
It will stuff your LDL and HDL but it bounces back.

Yeah I’ve read anavar and tbol are definitely on the lighter side when it comes to lipids, but like you said still need watch the HDL/LDL crash.
