Im getting mixed reviews when researching the topic insulin to increase muscle.

Im 42, currently on 250mg test weekly, 5iu hgh daily and klow.
If I was to introduce insulin after my workout what is a good dosage to start with and how many cars straight after taking that dose? I know it is a compound that alot say is unsafe but I believe if done right and not done @ a risky level as far as dosage it can be very benifitial. Please only comment if you have knowledge on this topic. Thanks legends 💪👍🙌
