Insomnia Anavar

Hi all
I am by no means a veteran but have done a few cycles of Anavar in my time and I always suffer with terrible insomnia throughout the whole cycle. I keep my dosage on the lowest range and take first thing in the morning to try and avoid it but still suffer badly. As I am female there aren’t that many alternatives. Does anyone else had this experience and are there any tips you can pass on?
 
Anavar can definitely cause that for some, it increases energy and alertness. It's good that you're taking it in the morning. A few things I can recommend to combat insomnia is to have a consistent sleep routine by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. Also incorporate relaxation techniques like breathing exercises, meditation or gentle yoga before bed to help wind down.

Supplements like melatonin or magnesium could also help to support better sleep.

I get insomnia only when I've done high doses of Tren. What use to help me was meditation but I use to also take melatonin & magnesium.
 
Everything mentioned above. You may just be very sensitive to it which is sometimes good. After 30 years of it I can take max 10mg daily. It gets really cheap if you need less than 5 mg & still notice results- try it. Remember it’s not for bulking so increased energy would indicate it’s doing its job well
 
Thanks Guys. I will definitely try the meditation and wind down. I have been taking magnesium for a while but the melatonin is something I can look into. I am female and have been very responsive previously (lucky for me) 2.5 is an effective dose, I have done 5 in the past but causes too many side effects. I don’t take it for hypertrophy but the stamina to push through and it certainly does the trick. I also have to admit I love feeling like a god at the gym, which anavar definitely provides 😜

I've heard some females do get minor sleep disturbances, mood changes and anxiety. I personally don't get insomnia but I can imagine how much of a pain that would be for you. The guys have given some great advice, but also hot shower/bath just before bed would help as well. I guess it's all about just trying to relax your mind and body before bed. Hope it gets better for you!
