You should get bloods done first so you know where you’re starting from. Best starter cycle is Test only. Good way to see how your body reacts, learn what sides you might get. If you really want you can do an oral like Anavar. Especially if your goal is lean mass and strength without heavy bulk but keep in mind it's still mildly liver toxic and needs to be stacked on top of a base Test.
So basically start with Test, get your nutrition/training on track, keep the doses conservative, track your bloods, then add an oral later if it fits your goal. That way you get results safely and actually know what’s working. Hope that helps.
