Help with first cycle

Hey guys, I’m new here and looking to do my first cycle, but idk what all these different drugs do, how often to take them, half lives, how much they’ll raise my test by, side effects, the list of questions goes on. I don’t even know where to start, any advice would be appreciated! - Will
 
Hey Matey, I'm new to this forum as well so this makes both of us.

First things first is to get your bloodtests done. It'll give you a good idea on where you're at with all your levels and health markers.

Work out what your goals are and what you're looking to achieve, this will play a big role in what compounds you use. So best to take your time to understand what each compound does. Plenty of research from your end. I've been browsing this forum and there is so much info here.

I'd always recommend first cycles with only Test E or C. You'd need to get a grip on basics like dosages, injection frequency and the importance of half-lives for stable blood levels. Sides can be stuff like acne, gyno & mood swings. Not everyone gets them but just need to be mindful of them.

Definitely keep an eye on your diet and training too. Also think about PCT to help get your natural levels back post-cycle. This is real basic top-level info. I'm sure the more you research you do, the more questions you'll have. I'll help out where I can (y)
 
Thx man. I had the bloods done a bit ago, everything is normal except for low b12, so I just take some stuff for that. Goals would be not to go crazy with how much I use, but just enough so I can bulk up a bit and get a bit stronger. And I did try and do a bit of research, but all I could find was medical papers and such, not much good info for how to use the stuff for bodybuilding, maybe there's some other sources I'm not aware of.

No worries. First cycle = Testosterone Enanthate, it's a long acting ester of testosterone. Always good to start slow and monitor how the body reacts to exogenous testosterone before any adjustments.

So best to start with around 250mg per week. This should be a good dose to test the waters and enough to see if it makes a difference with growth and general wellbeing. Limit the cycle to 12 weeks. and split the dose into two injections per week (Monday and Thursday) helps keep the hormone levels stable.

There are PCT options like Nolvadex or Clomid but you'd need to customise this to your specific needs.

You said you got bloods done before but no harm in getting them done just before cycle. I'd say also do it midway and 6 weeks after.

What is your goal on gear?
Saw you have been only training for 2 years and you said 2 hours sessions. Did you change that up? What are you doing at the gym. Give us your tracked workouts?

Okay, lots of questions, lots of answers.

I'd rather not disclose my age but I am on the younger side.
I'm a skinny dude naturally, 6 foot 60kg
I don't have a copy of my bloods but I have had them done, all levels are normal, although test and b12 are low, taking b12 pills.
On gear I want just raw strength, I'm not too interested in looking good
I've changed up my training every so often, but my deadlift bench and squat are all stuck at 60 kg
Diet is eggs for breakfast (4 egg scramble, 25g protein), during the day I don't have much time to eat, so I drink a protein shake for another 35 g, then I have protein bars once I get home for another 15g, finally I have dinner which normally gives between 10-25g depending on what I make.
The reason I'm asking so many questions is I'm new to this whole thing, I'm not sure what I can get away with, what law enforcement can see, what behaviors they'll look into, ect. So, before I get anything I like to get organized, because I'm a younger guy walking into a place and asking for needles might have them asking questions.

For gear I plan to go through gearmaniac, I've got all my wallets set up but I had a bit of a problem with coinspot flagging my account so I had to lie my ass off to get it unblocked and now I'm just waiting for the heat to die down. I plan to start with just test E, 125mg a week to start with, and I'll work up to 250mg which will be my max dosage.

Asking questions is the best thing to do here as we can tell you are very new to this and we want to help in many different areas.

1 to be safe medically and legally.

Can I strongly suggest not touching ANY gear until you have your diet worked out.
You are not eating enough, quality and often to even consider doing anything.
You wont gain what you want by taking gear which is going to shorten your life and give you issues. (something we all know but still take)

You need to be eating at least 3 full meals a day. A lot of us are eating 4 and 1 protein shake. Get away from the processed bars especially if your going for gear where those things elevate your lipids (cholesterol and so on)

I feel like and please correct me. In your head, you belive you have done everything to grow?
But it shows that you have not.

I really think you need to do a few things.
1. Get new bloods and share them here (cover all details)
2. Start working on eating more and better foods.
3. Get a trainer and talk to them about the goals you want so they can go over your training.

Give that 6 months of pure commitment then if it's not working then look at taking gear. You mentioned you are young and you have plenty of time. Please don't rush this and cause issues for yourself down the line

I try not to tell people to not take stuff knowing what I did. But jumping on gear young is the reason why I have so many issues

But if I want to get a new thing of bloods, (and mainly one after I start using), won't the doctor have something to say about the fact my test has jumped up? Or is it like doctor-patient confidentiality?

The Doctor will see abnormal blood results after you have taken gear and probably try to correct them so you have a healthy life- probably refuse to treat you or refer you elsewhere if it continues. Older folks can topup their lower levels and negotiate a little bit.
Gear doesn’t work well unless you have built a very solid foundation naturally. Took me about 10 years with decent coaches & I still couldn’t bulk until my metabolism slowed down in my late 30’s. Sounds like you’re a lot taller & thinner than I was so be realistic about your genetics/ goals.
Tendon, joint & bone structures need to get solid which usually happens in your 20’s. Use the time to learn as much as you can about training, sleep & nutrition - real growth & strength takes a long time.
