My fiancée and I have emigrated to this beautiful country from the UK. I've been bodybuilding for about a year now with 1 show under my belt, while my partner has been competing in bikini bodybuilding shows for 4 seasons now.

We just wanted to say hello to everyone here and wondered if there are any Darwin bodybuilders lurking about!

Thanks all, will be a bit of a shared account to learn.

First show was incredible, prep was going to class until about 4 weeks out, and I had a real struggle managing my T1 diabetes and getting silly diced. Got myself down to about 4-5%bf (Inbody scan), show weight 85kg. Finished 4th out of 8, which I was very happy with. I need to get some upper size, so I've been pushing that in the off-season. Had the last 3 months of not following meal plans/ socialising/ limited training due to moving, et,c but we're back on it. Looking to compete out here end of 26 or 2027
