Recently I had a moment where my order took a little longer than normal (more so to do with my lack of patience) . Contacted GM who reassured me about his refund/ redeliver policy. Also said that ‘rest assured’ it will come. Literally over the weekend it arrived. Had to send a message to let GM know and to thank him for the service once again, the reassurance and assistance .
